Working offline

CiviMobile allows all the mentioned features regardless internet access availability. Being offline, you will work with cached data. All the updates you make will be stored in the cache and merge with CiviCRM database immediately after the connection resumes.

How to Start

It is very easy to start using CiviMobile, just follow these simple steps:

To make your CiviCRM supports the mobile app, a special API extension should be installed on the server.

    Do not worry, it is much easier than it sounds:

  • simply download CiviMobileAPI extension from CiviCRM website.
  • unzip the archive into the folder sites/default/files/civicrm/ext/
  • install it within the CiviCRM Extensions tab of the administration panel:
    • go to Administer -> System Settings -> Extensions
    • Click on Install button for CiviMobileAPI extension
  • clear the cache:
    Administer -> System Settings -> Cleanup Caches and Update Paths

Install CiviMobile app into your smartphone from App Store or Google Play Market

Open the app on your device and enter the same login information you use for a web version (username and password) and your CiviCRM website URL – a URL you enter to access your CiviCRM system
