We are glad to present CiviMobile – a mobile application for the best CRM for Nonprofits

CiviMobile is a native application that allows CiviCRM users to leverage the combined benefits of the software and their smartphones.

Many users of CiviCRM crave the opportunity to have organisational contacts available on the go. What is more, now, when mobile devices have become our reliable organisers and companions, would’t it be great to use them to improve organisational processes boosting personal efficiency and time management? Using the mobile app for CiviCRM, you will have an easy way to reach organisational contacts and access activities, cases and events – something members need and lack most when doing a fieldwork. CiviMobile is a native mobile application, not a mobile version of the web design, so you will enjoy an increased processing speed and will be able to use unique smartphone features, e.g. a scanner, when using the app.

What is CiviCRM?

CiviCRM is a free open source CRM, which best meets the needs of NGOs and nonprofits. Its out-of-the-box functionality allows organisations to manage fundraising, membership, activities, cases, events, campaigns, etc., which are all vital components of the organizational activity. Numerous publicly available extensions, including the ones developed by Agiliway, can further enhance the software features to best meet the needs of your organisation. Although CiviCRM is a mature CRM software, CiviMobile is the first and only mobile application developed for CiviCRM users.

CiviMobile Features

CiviMobile has a user identification system that allows a secure connection between your device and a CiviCRM system. For your convenience, you use the same login information as for a web version. If your CiviCRM has a distributed access control, it will be supported in the mobile version too.

Graphical Calendar

Stay on top of your schedule with CiviCalendar, which will display all of your events, activities and cases in a user-friendly format. Calendar is implemented as a dashboard so that you will see it first any time you open a mobile app for CiviCRM. You may also use a filter and view only the events you are subscribed to or the activities/cases you are engaged in for better visibility.

The mobile app for CiviCRM will allow you to view the profiles of individual members and branch organisations. Members’ profiles display what organisations users belong to, their contact information and links to their social media profiles, so that you can choose the best way to reach out. Browsing profiles of organisations, you will be also able to view them on the map.

Just imagine that you can find the right contact in the CRM system and dial it right away! No more notes or typing phone numbers from a PC screen – with CiviMobile, a comprehensive contact book is already on your device.

Events & Maps

CiviMobile app allows you viewing all of the organisational events and subscribing for the one you want to attend. An ability to filter the events by type, date or title will certainly make the choice easier for you. What is more, you can share the information about the event or view it on the map in just one click. You will also have an immediate access to the list of all of your past and future events.

With CiviMobile, you can view your activities and details on them, as well as see what other members are engaged in them. The highlighted priority status will facilitate your time management.

You can view the cases you work on and access detailed information on them immediately during the fieldwork. See who else is working on case resolution for effective cooperation.

Working offline

CiviMobile allows all the mentioned features regardless internet access availability. Being offline, you will work with cached data. The app will synchronize with CiviCRM databases immediately after the connection resumes.
